成都市石室中学第12届英语周启动仪式于11月12日上午7:30拉开帷幕。因正值2159周年校庆之际，所以我们把这次英语周的主题确定为“Your glory, My dream”.

Because the English week is around the celebration of the 2159^th birthday of our school, the theme for the 12^th English week is “Your glory, My dream”. “Your glory” refers to our school’s glory and “My dream” should be our shared dream to make Shishi proud.

来自ICCC的马辉主任作开幕式宣讲，引出本次活动主题。

Ms. Ma Hui, director of Shishi ICCC, announced that our English Week began today at that very moment. This big annual event is organized by ICCC and the English club. 

石室中学毛伟副校长全程英语发言，号召大家热爱英语，积极参加英语周各项活动。

Vice Principal Mao Wei gave us a speech. Though Mr. Mao is a Chinese teacher, he loves English and he used English to make a speech encouraging students to learn English well and actively take part in the English week.

北美课程中心的吴银老师介绍了英语周活动安排。多名往届优秀毕业生代表为本次英语周活动献上了精彩的祝福视频。

Ms.WuYin, an English teacher from ICCC, who is in charge of this year’s English week, shared the detailed information of this English week. Then a wonderful video was showed prepared by graduates from overseas universities.

接着,来自北美课程中心的学术校长Mr.Matthews倾情分享了他与石室的缘分，对石室的热爱，对教学的热爱。

Mr. Matthews, the principle of North American Center, addressed at the morning meeting on behalf of all the foreign teachers. He shared his story with Shishi.

最后，来自ICCC的六位学生代表，为全校师生详细介绍了本次英语周所包含的几个大型活动。分别是：12日举行的英语歌唱比赛 ，14日举行的英语配音比赛和智力竞赛，16日举行的戏剧表演比赛。
